Mr. Ajeet Jalan

Ajeet Jalan (B.Com (H), FCA) is a proprietor since 1994. He has worked and/or managed the full range of services including audits, financial planning, system studies, financial restructuring, takeovers, business planning, advising on joint ventures, investigation and due diligence reviews, Company Law matters, organization and placement services.

Mr. Abhishek Sultania

Abhishek Sultania (B.Com (H), FCA) joined in as partner in July 2011. He has been a merit holder in CA exams. He has an expertise in providing advisory and litigation services in the field of income tax and service tax. Besides these, he has also been conducting statutory and tax audits of large and medium scale limited companies, and providing services in the field of corporate restructuring, taxation and other finance related matters.

Ms. Deepa Arora

Deepa (B.Com, FCA) qualified Chartered Accountancy in the year 2013. She has a large experience in the field of Revenue Audit, Bank Audit, ROC Compliances, Statutory Audit, Tax Audit, Internal Audit and matters related to Income Tax and Service Tax.

Mrs Nidhi Sultania

Nidhi Sultania (B.Com (H), ACA) joined the firm in the year 2016. She has been working mainly towards audit of large and medium scale limited companies.
