DIVIDENDS AND RETURNS OF CAPITAL IN WINDING UP BY TRIBUNAL

168. Declaration of dividend or return of capital. -

No dividend to creditors or return of capital to contributories shall be declared by the Company Liquidator without the sanction of the Tribunal.
